Less than 24 hours after arriving home from the county jail, where he had served time for drunken driving, Christopher Stuart Taylor of East Hampton, 45, was arraigned in East Hampton Town Justice Court on the same charge, a felony this time, by the same judge who had sent him away in November, Justice Lisa R. Rana.
