Almond Owners to Open L&W Market in Bridgehampton

Upscale and eclectic takeout
Expect lots of exotic fermented and pickled foods at the new L&W Market in Bridgehampton.

Eric Lemonides and Jason Weiner, the owners of Almond in Bridgehampton, have commandeered the space next door to the restaurant and will open L&W Market later this month.

The market, which will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., will serve take-out food ranging from breakfast items such as coffee and pastries to ready-to-eat fare such as rotisserie chickens and premade sandwiches. It will also showcase specialty items from the restaurant including its own line of frozen pastas, patés, kimchi, Caesar salad dressing, and au poivre sauce. The shelves will also be stocked with fresh vegetables, eggs, and cheeses from local farms, as well as bakery items from Carissa’s Breads.

To allow for convenient, on-the-go service, the market will be setting up its own online app, complete with photos, from which customers can place an order.
