Winter Garden Walks at Madoo Conservancy

First Saturday of the month in Sagaponack
It won't be too long before Madoo begins to look this green again in the early spring, and then even more alive in the late spring and summer. Jennifer Landes

The Madoo Conservancy in Sagaponack has announced a series of winter garden walks, to be held the first Saturday of the month through April. Visitors can stroll the grounds to soak up the creative vision of the late Robert Dash, appreciating the bare bones of his Tudor, high-Renaissance, early-Greek, and Asia-influenced design — and the snowdrops and hellebores as they eventually arise.

The first walk will be on Saturday at 10 a.m., registration has been asked at madoo.org under “Events.” In case of snow, the walks will be held, but waterproof boots have been suggested.
