Three Short Films by Emily Anderson in Montauk

Sunday at the library

The Montauk Library will show three short films by Emily Anderson on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. The program will include “Only the Wind Is Listening,” which won the Suffolk Film Commission Next Exposure Grant after its world premiere at the 2018 Hamptons International Film Festival. In addition, Ms. Anderson, who lives and works in Montauk and New York City, will show “Captain Jack’s Family Jewels,” a hilariously edited audio-visual sea chantey, and “The Usual Conversations.”

The screening will be followed by a question-and-answer session with Ms. Anderson and the actress Jennifer Ferrin, who co-starred in “Only the Wind Is Listening” and whose credits also include “The Knick” and “Homeland.”
